1. Company Information

1.1 Ways2Med Ltd is a registered company in England and Wales with a company number of 15058732.

2. Product Offerings

2.1 Ways2Med offers the following services: Personal Statements: review, 30 minute live zoom session; MMI practice: 1-1 sessions, comprehensive interview prep course, MMI circuit. 

3. Ordering Process

3.1 When you place an order on our website ways2med.com, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. We will then conduct a standard pre-authorization check to ensure sufficient funds are available on your payment card to cover the order.

4. Payment

4.1 For product purchases, you will directly use your payment card to pay us. We only accept and process your order once payment has been approved and your payment card has been debited. 

4.2 The contract is considered formed based on these terms once the payment has been successfully processed.

5. Acceptance of Order

5.1 Upon successful payment, your order will be accepted, and you will receive a confirmation e-mail outlining the details of your purchase.

6. Contractual Agreement

6.1 The contract between you and Ways2Med is established once payment has been approved, and your payment card has been charged. The terms and conditions specified in this Product Policy govern the agreement.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

7.1 Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued for the purchased products, including Personal Statements: review, 30 minute live zoom session; MMI practice: 1-1 sessions, comprehensive interview prep course, MMI circuit. 

7.2 If a student is unable to attend a booked personal statement 30-minute live Zoom session or a 1-1 MMI session, they must notify Ways2Med at least 24 hours in advance through the email address ways2med@outlook.com. Rescheduling of the session is subject to mutual availability. The session will be rearranged for another date only if agreed upon by both parties.

7.3 If a student is unable to attend a scheduled group event, such as a comprehensive interview course or MMI circuit, they must inform Ways2Med at least 48 hours in advance via the email address ways2med@outlook.com.  We will make efforts to rebook the student for another available date, but we cannot guarantee the availability of alternative dates.

7.4 The availability of rescheduled sessions is contingent upon mutual agreement and the availability of Ways2Med resources. We will do our best to accommodate your rescheduling request, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

8. Personal Statement Submission and Feedback

8.1 Personal Statement Submission

Upon receiving the confirmation email for a personal statement session, the student is required to share their personal statement within 48 hours. The personal statement should be submitted as a Microsoft Word document or Google document attachment.

8.2 Timely Feedback Assurance

8.1 Ways2Med strives to ensure that comprehensive written feedback is delivered to the student within 5 working days of the personal statement being shared. However, in certain cases of high demand or unforeseen circumstances, this timeframe may be extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

10. Applicable Law

9.1 This Product Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or related to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Updates to the Product Policy

10.1 Ways2Med reserves the right to modify or update this Product Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our products and services after such changes will indicate your acceptance of the modified policy.
